Stormy is a fun, friendly, happy-go-lucky young girl, born in early 2020.  She has thrived in foster care, where she has lived with small children, other dogs, and her beloved best friend donkeys.  Stormy is a very special pup, with the ability to fit in and bring true joy to a variety of home environments.
